Dine USA evaluates restaurants using five weighted factors: food quality 40%, service 20%, atmosphere 15%, consistency 15%, and value 10%.
Can a restaurant buy a higher Dine USA Star Rating?
No. Premium placement is sold separately and does not determine the number of stars a restaurant receives.
